SCOPE:
Zeroday Brewing Company Taproom is a full service restaurant and brewery in Midtown Harrisburg, PA established in 2015. We offer lunch and dinner daily with banquet and catering opportunities. Zeroday’s values promote a sense of safety, inclusion and respect for both our regular guests and employees. The ideal candidate is an experienced cook with prior experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess the ability to oversee the preparation of food items for our customers, alongside the Executive Chef, in a professional and efficient manner.
DUTIES:
- Set station according to Chefs standards.
- Prepare food and garnishes.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Prepare food according to basic recipes.
- Keep kitchen clean and sanitary.
